Edition 37 or earlier

If you have the booklet from edition 37 or earlier but not access to this website, fill in this form and enter the activation code found on page 2 of your booklet. The code consists a string of ten characters. Once activated, the online version of the booklet will be added to your profile.

Existing access codes for earlier editions will remain valid on the previous website until 1 October 2026.

Edition 38 and later

From edition 38 and later, we use a new environment. These editions no longer include booklet activation codes and require a separate online subscription.
