Design:
- simple version in carbon steel with coating;
- inclusive engine and gear box;
- tensioning device;
- three roll idler;
- idler spacing top rolls 1,25 m and bottom rolls 5 m;
- horizontal U-shaped rubber belt.
Horizontal flat belt.
The price of a flat belt conveyor without spill plates, bulk weight of 1 ton/m
3 and belt speed of 1 m/s, can be 8 - 10% lower than that of the U-shaped variation.
Exclusive:
- assembly;
- foundation and supporting;
- chutes, covering, scraper device, alignment system, etc.;
- central control and surveillance system, emergency brake device.
