E0. Explanation of instrumentation and process control

General remarks

Design:

  • Cast steel according ASTM A-216-WCC or WCB. Or equal to DIN;
  • Stainless steel according ASTM A351-CF8M or CF8C. Or equal to DIN.

Without special notes the standard will be:

  • Non Ex model and suitable for EEx(i) application;
  • Sealing minimal IP65 according IEC/EN-60529;
  • Transmitters signal output 4 -20 mA with HART protocol.

To compare pressure traps from PN into lbs ANSI-B use:

  • PN 10 - 150 lbs;
  • PN 16 - 150 lbs;
  • PN 40 - 300 lbs;
  • PN 100 - 600 lbs.

To compare pipe diameters DIN – ANSI use:

  • DN15 - 0.5";
  • DN20 - 0.75";
  • DN25 - 1";
  • DN40 - 1.5";
  • DN50 - 2";
  • DN80 - 3";
  • DN100 - 4";
  • DN150 - 6";
  • DN200 - 8";
  • DN250 - 10".
